The Knot Worldwide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform how couples discover and connect with wedding pros, and how vendors find high-intent couples. You will own a meaningful area of the wedding vendor marketplace, focusing on recommendations, matching, and personalization, turning customer and business problems into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.

• 5+ years in product management, with marketplace experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills using behavioral data and qualitative research.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key marketplace area.
• Understand both sides of the marketplace to drive customer outcomes and health.
• Improve relevance, liquidity, supply quality, and matching efficiency.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design on ranking and personalization.
• Define signals and feedback loops to improve marketplace performance.
• Use experiments and customer research to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Establish success metrics linking discovery, matching, and business outcomes.
