Lever, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Simple Trading based in Spain. You will lead a senior product effort to optimize and grow simple trading experiences for retail customers across Europe.

Working with design, engineering, data, compliance, and local teams, you will shape market-specific strategies around payments, recurring investments, and lifecycle growth, while influencing product direction across multiple European markets.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management in consumer fintech or related fields.
• Experience building/optimizing consumer fintech products for European markets.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive user journeys.
• Strong product judgment, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; comfortable collaborating across European time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own optimization and evolution of trading products across European markets.
• Adapt product journeys to local payment methods and regulatory requirements.
• Simplify crypto and financial concepts for first-time users and high-frequency users.
• Ensure consistent web and mobile experiences across markets.
• Drive onboarding, funding, activation, retention, and reactivation metrics.
