Enverus is seeking an experienced EMEA-based Product Manager for Trading & Risk to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across European markets. You will translate customer needs into actionable features, collaborate with GTM, marketing, and sales, and support CAB forums.

A strong background in energy trading and data analytics is essential. You will work closely with engineering to prioritize themes, own releases, and enable revenue growth while traveling across Europe (~15%).

Formación

• EMEA-based with global product responsibility.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in energy trading, market risk, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of commodities, especially energy or renewables.
• Experience with SaaS product management or agile development teams.
• Experience with trading technology platforms, ETRM systems, or analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the voice of the customer across European Customers.
• Drive competitive analysis by segment and geography to inform positioning.
• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and sales to execute commercial strategies.
• Lead or support the European Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and other user forums.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Trading & Risk products.
• Translate market requirements into well-scoped stories and features with Engineering.
• Prioritize roadmap themes to drive YoY revenue growth, retention, and upsell.
• Own product readiness for releases, including launches and training materials.
• Partner with sales on demos, POCs, pricing discussions, and onboarding of new clients.
• Provide customer training for new tools (e.g., Curve Builder).
• Act as SME in customer discussions on risk metrics, simulations, and compliance workflows.
