Lever, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own money movement across rails and settlement. You will oversee on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and the supporting infrastructure, collaborating with Finance, FinOps, and banking partners to scale with accuracy and speed.

The role blends customer-focused product ownership with operational finance infrastructure, driving AI-enabled processes, corridor economics, and regulatory alignment across emerging markets.

Formación

• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and payment operations.
• Experience working with multiple PSPs or banking partners.
• Ability to balance customer needs with operational infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Own money movement surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins and payouts.
• Build scalable infrastructure for settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models for settlement cycles and reconciliation cadence.
• Partner with Finance/FinOps to build robust processes, reducing manual work.
• Collaborate with shared payments infrastructure to align with API architecture.
• Evaluate payments solutions across corridors, standardizing where possible.
