Job summary

Wallapop is a Barcelona-based scale-up empowering people to consume more consciously. The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams and drive the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to scale our products for users and the organization.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product Design, and Operations to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring quality across platforms and use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and perform data-informed reasoning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap based on impact, user needs, and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product design, and operations to develop and launch innovative products.
• Ensure product quality across devices, platforms, and use cases.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Monitor product performance and iterate to improve user experience and business goals.
