Job summary

Wallapop, a Barcelona-based scale-up, is seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute the product strategy for high-impact initiatives. You will work across engineering, design, analytics, and operations to deliver delightful user journeys and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership to balance immediate delivery with long-term technical health, grounded in data, experimentation, and user research.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term product roadmap for high-impact marketplace initiatives.
• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery across cross-functional squads to turn complex challenges into simple, delightful user journeys.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure product architecture supports long-term scalability and experimentation velocity.
• Combine quantitative analytics, experimentation, and user research to validate hypotheses and inform roadmaps.
• Communicate strategic trade-offs and roadmap priorities clearly across leadership and teams to build alignment.
• Elevate product management standards through coaching and knowledge sharing.
