Wallapop, a Barcelona-based scale-up, is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute a long-term roadmap for high-impact marketplace initiatives. You will lead discovery, collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations, and ensure architecture supports growth and experimentation.

You will use quantitative data, experiments, and user research to validate ideas, communicate trade-offs to leadership, and elevate product management standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of defining product strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture, APIs, and data flow.
• Use metrics, experiments, and user research to inform roadmaps.
• Communicate trade-offs to executives and teams.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term product roadmap for high-impact marketplace initiatives.
• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery across cross-functional squads (engineering, design, analytics, and business operations).
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure scalable architecture and data flows.
• Combine analytics, experimentation, and user research to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Elevate product management standards through coaching and knowledge sharing.
