Clikalia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of AI-powered asset management workflows. You will translate complex business processes into scalable product capabilities, partnering with Engineering, Data, AI, and Operations to deliver high-impact, automated solutions.

The role emphasizes discovery, strategy, prioritization, and execution with a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows and human oversight to ensure value and risk management in real estate platform

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management leading complex products or platforms.
• Experience building B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or operational products.
• Strong experience in product discovery, strategy, prioritization and execution.
• A strong understanding of how AI can transform products and business processes.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and technical teams.

• Establish product principles and governance for AI-powered workflows, including quality, evaluation, human oversight and risk management.
• Measure impact through automation, productivity, quality, scalability, speed and customer value.
• Help evolve the Product organization towards a more AI-native way of working.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and development for complex asset management processes: understanding how the operation really works, challenging it, and turning it into scalable, increasingly intelligent workflows, combining digitalization, automation and, where it adds real value, AI with human oversight.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify high-impact operational processes and redesign them around AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop models.
• Translate complex business processes into product capabilities, workflows and AI-powered experiences.
• Define and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, risk and scalability.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to turn these opportunities into real products.
• Drive discovery with operational teams, understanding how work is actually performed, and where the biggest opportunities for transformation exist.
• Establish product principles and governance for AI-powered workflows, including quality, evaluation, human oversight and risk management.
• Measure impact through operational and business outcomes: automation, productivity, quality, scalability, speed and customer value.
• Help evolve the Product organization towards a more AI-native way of working.

You probably have:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience leading complex products or platforms.
• Experience building B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or operational products.
• Strong experience in product discovery, strategy, prioritization and execution.
• A strong understanding of how AI can transform products and business processes.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and technical teams.
• The ability to understand complex operational processes and turn them into scalable product solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to operate comfortably between strategy and execution.

Real Estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement!
