Job summary

Monzo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and execution across cross-functional teams, shaping a vision for customer personalization and discovery in the app. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and legal to deliver high-impact user experiences and measurable outcomes.

You’ll drive metrics, run experiments with data scientists, and champion customer value while maintaining Monzo’s high standards for product excellence and inclusive design

Qualifications

• Seasoned product manager with shipped world-class products.
• Experience launching consumer products in EU markets.
• Able to collaborate with ML/data teams to define metrics and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge: build a product vision and strategy aligned with Monzo goals and customer experience.
• Communicate effectively to inspire stakeholders with the right context at the right time.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams to deliver.
