Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future by supercharging user engagement and creating a product customers truly love. The role focuses on quantitative analysis, data mining, and presenting insights to inform product strategy.

You will guide product teams to measure metrics, run AB tests, and collaborate with finance and engineering to understand LTV and ensure robust data collection.

Responsabilidades

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with products and derive insights that inform product strategy.
• Guide and enable product teams to measure key metrics, initiate or run A/B experiments to continuously improve product outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance to build a unified company-wide understanding of user lifetime value and how product features impact profitability.
• Liaise with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection that supports relevant business insights.
