Monzo is seeking a Product Manager for its Subscriptions team to drive growth across subscription products and enhance subscriber value. You will collaborate with data, research, design, engineering, and marketing to identify opportunities, define problems, and deliver high-impact product improvements that boost engagement.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on experimentation and optimization, turning insights into practical product changes while partnering with diverse teams

Formación

• Shipped high-quality digital products in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with subscriptions-based products or expansion-focused roles is a plus.
• Ability to turn insights into practical product changes.

Responsabilidades

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors and pain points.
• Work with data and user research to identify opportunities across markets.
• Define problems, prioritize, and focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape product improvements.
• Track performance and use data to understand what is working or not.
