Monzo in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You will apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with our products and how insights inform product strategy.

You’ll guide product teams to measure what matters, run experiments, and collaborate with finance and engineering to understand lifetime value and data collection. This role offers a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. You will have the opportunity to boost user engagement and help create a bank that customers truly love.

Your day-to-day

• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with our products and how insights inform product strategy.
• Guide and enable product teams to measure what matters; initiate or help run A/B experiments to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop a unified understanding of lifetime value and how features impact user profitability.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
