Super Micro Computer seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead growth in the data center and server cooling market. You will identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, promote advanced cooling technologies, and drive revenue through product and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of server cooling solutions and proven experience in business development, product promotion, and go-to-market strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product promotion within the data center, thermal management, or cooling technology industry
• Hands-on experience with server cooling technologies: immersion cooling, single-phase immersion cooling, rear door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip cooling

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within data center, AI infrastructure, and HPC markets.
• Drive sales growth and strategic partnerships for advanced cooling technologies and solutions.
• Promote server cooling products including immersion cooling, single-phase immersion cooling, rear door heat exchangers, and direct-to-chip cooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to support customer engagement and solution positioning.
• Lead marketing promotions, trade shows, customer presentations, and product launches.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and identify emerging industry trends.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
