Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Field Application Engineer to drive Enterprise AI/HPC opportunities and manage complex infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with sales, product management, engineering, and services to validate solutions from design through execution.

The candidate will engage with customers at all levels, support technical reviews, and ensure alignment with internal capabilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI/HPC or accelerated computing platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Enterprise AI / HPC opportunities across the region.
• Assist with end-to-end solution design including compute, GPU, storage, networking.
• Support BoM validation, configuration reviews, and solution documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support RFQ/RFP responses to ensure technically accurate and compliant proposals.
