SITA in Barcelona seeks a Business Consultant to deliver Airport Management Systems within the delivery and implementation team. You will map current processes, propose optimizations using SITA technologies, and train client superusers to enable configuration.

The role involves coordinating with clients and third-party vendors, conducting UAT, and providing early-life support after go-live, with up to 30% travel to customer sites.

Formación

• Extensive experience in business and technical consultancy within IT/telecommunications.
• Experience delivering complex software solutions at customer sites.
• Strong understanding of airline IT environments and integration concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultancy to capture and prioritize customer needs and requirements.
• Design and re-engineer business processes using SITA technologies.
• Train client superusers and facilitate configuration and setup.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to integrate SITA Systems locally.
• Execute UAT and provide early-life support after go-live; travel up to 30%.
