Job summary

MEDvidi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of our strategic AI product areas end-to-end. You will lead a cross-functional product team and shape how conversational AI is integrated into healthcare workflows while improving the patient experience.

You’ll be hands-on, validate hypotheses in production, measure impact, and drive product decisions with real user data across chat and voice channels. This is a hands-on senior role with ownership, collaborating with Engineering, Clinical,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• 2+ years as an AI Product Manager delivering AI/ML products to production.
• Experience managing AI Agents as customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of AI Agent systems, LLM orchestration, prompting, evaluation, guardrails.
• Experience in experimentation-driven environments, forming hypotheses and measuring outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, defining KPIs and linking metrics to business outcomes.
• Structured problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent prioritization and communication with stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for product outcomes.
• Proficiency in Russian and English, CET/CEST overlap.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for your AI product area across channels.
• Translate patient and business needs into clear priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Continuously improve AI product quality through experiments and iterative development.
• Partner with AI engineers to shape how AI behaves in production.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and connect improvements to outcomes.
• Drive product discovery through hypothesis validation and user feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, and risks across stakeholders.
