IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives within the AI and Technology Solutions group. You will shape strategy and execution for agentic AI in clinical workflows, guiding rapid prototypes to scaled solutions while partnering with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

You will operate in ambiguity, driving product requirements, prioritization, and KPI tracking to improve trial speed, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong product judgment with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives in clinical workflows.
• Lead multiple early-stage investments with rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
