Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for early-stage, AI-native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution across AI, engineering, and clinical teams.

You will move concepts to value in ambiguity-rich, fast-moving environments, defining roadmaps, prioritizing use cases, and driving adoption with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations.
• Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model.
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
