Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.
• Track record of making complex systems radically simple.
• Comfortable setting strategy in ambiguous spaces and making trade-offs with incomplete information.
• Genuine excitement about how AI is reshaping software and how it’s built.
• Plus: Experience in hospitality tech, revenue management systems or pricing.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
• Curious, structured thinker with strong product intuition.
• Ability to say no to stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• Ask why until it’s clear, and explain how until it clicks.
• Honest reflection on what didn’t work.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area, anchored in business goals like adoption, retention, revenue uplift and expansion.
• Shape how pricing shows up across surfaces from core app to partner integrations.
• Champion simplicity and explainability so hoteliers understand why a price was recommended.
• Talk to hoteliers, turn friction in revenue workflows into strategy, not just backlog items.
• Drive end-to-end solutions from opportunity assessment to measured impact, knowing when to move fast or dig deeper.
• Define and own KPIs, be clear about what moved them and why, avoid confounding effects.
• Influence across teams without formal authority, especially where dependencies exist.
