Job summary

Gameloft Barcelona is seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager for Asphalt Legends and related titles. You will guide the product vision, define strategic roadmaps, and drive monetization across live ops while balancing engagement with player experience.

You’ll partner with design, marketing, and leadership to accelerate growth, optimize events, and ensure robust KPI forecasting. This role requires clear leadership and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
• Track record of monetization and retention improvements in live titles
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap in partnership with Game Leadership.
• Lead live ops strategy with data-driven growth and operational efficiency.
• Own end-to-end monetization systems and post-launch optimization.
• Oversee hypothesis-driven development with A/B testing and KPI forecasting.
• Mentor PMs and influence the organization as a product evangelist.
