Job summary

Gameloft Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Asphalt Legends to drive revenue strategy across the product lifecycle, balancing aggressive monetization with a top-tier player experience.

You will partner with Game Leadership to define the roadmap, optimize events and offers for LTV/ARPU, and own end-to-end monetization systems while mentoring junior PMs and representing the product to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management of F2P games.
• Track record of monetization and retention improvements in live titles.
• Strong ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap with Game Leadership to align with commercial targets.
• Optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU.
• Own end-to-end monetization systems from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Oversee hypothesis-driven development with A/B testing and KPI forecasting.
• Mentor junior PMs and represent Asphalt 9 to stakeholders.
