Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Asphalt Legends to drive monetization and long-term sustainability across platforms. You will partner with Game Leadership to define roadmaps and own live-ops growth, balancing engagement with monetization goals.

This role also emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. You are a strategic, analytical leader who will mentor others, influence stakeholders, and champion the game’s global success in a hybrid

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games.
Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles.
Analytical mastery with data-driven insights.
Excellent presentation and documentation for executives.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree valued.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision: define multi-year roadmaps with Game Leadership to meet commercial targets.
Live Ops Excellence: drive data-driven growth with events and offers; streamline workflows.
Monetization Innovation: own end-to-end lifecycle of monetization systems.
Data Leadership: oversee A/B testing, data analysis, KPI forecasting for major decisions.
Mentorship & Influence: mentor junior PMs and foster excellence.
Organizational Evangelist: be the business voice for Asphalt 9 to stakeholders.
