Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Asphalt Legends to drive revenue strategy across the lifecycle, balancing growth with player experience. You will partner with Game Leadership to shape the roadmap and lead a high-performance, data-driven product team across mobile, PC, and console platforms.

You will own monetization evolution, oversee A/B testing and KPI forecasting, and mentor junior PMs while elevating the game’s profile both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management for F2P games.
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles.
• Analytical mastery with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree valued.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: define the roadmap with Game Leadership to meet aggressive commercial targets.
• Live Ops Excellence: drive data-driven growth and streamline operations to reduce times and costs.
• Monetization Innovation: own end-to-end monetization lifecycle and optimize systems.
• Data Leadership: oversee hypotheses, A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting.
• Mentorship & Influence: mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence.
• Organizational Evangelist: represent Asphalt 9 to stakeholders internally and externally.
