Macadam is hiring a Senior Data Scientist in Barcelona to shape product and growth strategy through machine learning and advanced analytics. You will own problem definition, deployment, and impact measurement while collaborating with Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

We seek 5+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL, and experience with BigQuery, GCP, dbt, and analytics tools. Barcelona-based with a hybrid work culture and international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with production ML workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and lead data science opportunities to improve growth, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Build models for personalization, recommendations, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Design experiments using A/B testing and causal inference; deploy models to production.
• Define success metrics and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
