Manychat is seeking a Product Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and help shape product strategy. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes.

You’ll design, run, and evaluate experiments and build trusted data with engineers. This role requires 4+ years in product analytics, strong SQL and Python, and experience with BI tools like Tableau.

Formación

• 4+ years in product analytics or similar area.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau) expected.
• Metric trees and product mindset; translate data into hypotheses and priorities.
• Experimentation with A/B testing and design is a bonus.
• Solid grasp of statistics; differentiate signal from noise.
• Excellent communication; influence PMs, engineers, leaders with data.
• AI fluency to speed up analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades
