Manychat in Barcelona is seeking a Product Analyst to help shape product decisions through data insights. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence key metrics and strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in product analytics and a strong understanding of A/B testing, SQL, and data storytelling to guide impactful product developments in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven Product Analyst to help us build products our customers love. This role is open to different levels of seniority – from strong mid-level analysts to seasoned leads. You’ll join the Product Analytics team at Manychat, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring data into every decision we make.

This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into quick action: zooming in to uncover the signal in the noise, and zooming out to see the big picture. You’ll be working closely with our product teams, shaping how we measure success, identify opportunities, and validate what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive insights that matter: Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide product decisions and strategy.
• Shape success metrics: Partner with PMs to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes.
• Guide experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and causal analyses to measure the impact of new features and user flows.
• Influence the roadmap: Surface insights that size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen prioritization.
• Build trusted data: Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking.
• Make data accessible: Create dashboards, enable self-service, and drive data literacy across product teams.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Experience: 4+ years in product analytics or similar area, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Experimentation expertise: Proven experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experimental methods.
• Technical skills: Strong SQL and BI tools (e.g. Tableau). Proficiency with Python/R for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Product mindset: Ability to translate data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions.
• Stats comfort: Solid grasp of statistics, causal inference, and how to separate signal from noise.
• Communication: Clear and compelling storytelling – you can influence PMs, engineers, and leaders alike.
• Ways of working: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently.
