Amenitiz in Barcelona seeks a senior Product Marketing professional to own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches, shaping positioning, activation flows and targets with Product leadership.

You will automate release communications and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding and Care, translating complex capabilities into hotelier-friendly language and arming teams with concise Launch Briefs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of driving product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
• Background in SaaS, ideally with hospitality tech experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of growth metrics (NRR, upsell, churn, product adoption).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Looker, and Amplitude.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Advantage for SQL knowledge in product analytics.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/French/Italian/Portuguese) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches, including positioning, narrative, first-touch experiences, and activation flows with leadership targets.
• Automate release communications pipelines (n8n, Claude) and scheduled agent workflows to turn features into customer-facing communications.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Care to ensure readiness, enablement, and in-app guidance for smooth releases.
• Translate complex features into simple language for busy hotelier audiences; read specs and ask Engineering questions as needed.
• Prototype fixes for launch friction (reworked onboarding, in-app guides, automated comms, internal tools).
• Provide clear Launch Briefs to Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing.
