Job summary

RavenPack is looking for a hands-on Senior Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end procurement across the business. You will be the single point of contact for purchasing, renewals and onboarding, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and IT, while negotiating favorable terms with software and SaaS vendors worldwide.

You will manage ~250-300 vendors, focusing on right-sizing licenses, documentation, and cost-saving opportunities, reporting to the CFO and aligning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing with hands-on negotiations.
• Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services.
• Able to talk to IT/engineering in their language and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven savings examples.
• Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP modules.
• Clear written/spoken Spanish and English communication.
• Eligible to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for procurement requests from intake to onboarding and renewal.
• Lead commercial negotiations with software vendors, SaaS providers, and service partners.
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT and requesting teams to move requests forward efficiently.
• Support IT in negotiations for larger technical purchases.
• Manage renewal calendar and renegotiate where appropriate.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts per policy.
• Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the platform.
• Monitor vendor performance and supplier relationships, including SLAs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the vendor portfolio.
• Prepare reports on procurement activity, spend and savings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement platform and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
