Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a Senior Process Engineering (Innovation) Engineer to elevate the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation portfolio and drive large-scale improvements across global operations. The role focuses on change management, data delivery, risk mitigation, and governance while collaborating with multiple teams to streamline processes.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, or related field.
Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work.
Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
Experience in capital project management involving ownership/management of engineering design projects.
Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.

Responsabilidades

Handle a high volume of requests, engagements and interactions in fast paced environment.
Track existing and set up new metrics as required to validate vendor and team performance.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Report on performance in weekly and monthly forums with partner teams and senior leadership.
Set measurable targets that align with the overall goals of the organization.
Comprehend the technical requirements of our internal customers and become an expert in field.
