You will lead engaging engagements, build advanced GenAI/ML solutions, and bridge AI with product, strategy, and UX teams to deliver digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing novel algorithms and applied AI/ML that drive business impact.
• Experience in a consultancy with Data/AI initiatives and client engagement.
• GenAI solutions for real-world use cases; agentic AI frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Python and wide data processing toolkits.
• Stakeholder management in high-stakes contexts; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT - Present AI progress, translate technical outcomes to business value for leadership.
• AI DEVELOPMENT - Build GenAI, ML and optimization solutions for life sciences.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INNOVATION - Translate AI capabilities into pharmaceutical requirements.
