Evinova is seeking an entrepreneurial, AI-fluent Product Director to own a core product area from zero to one. You will define vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap for an AI-native platform used by clinical development and operations teams.
You will lead a matrixed, cross-functional team—engineering, design, data science, and commercial—without direct reports, shaping product-market fit and connectivity across Evinova’s modules.
Formación
- 8+ years of product management experience, incl. 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Domain experience in clinical trials or life sciences; deep understanding of clinical development & operations.
- Entrepreneurial track record: built and scaled a product from zero to one.
- AI/ML fluency and hands-on experience with AI-powered products.
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, navigating long sales cycles and platform-level decisions.
Responsabilidades
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native product.
- Understand users and workflows to drive step-function impact.
- Lead AI-native development with data science and engineering teams.
- Design intuitive, collaborative workflows across modules; enable change management.
- Drive adoption, metrics and P&L considerations for the product area.
