Unified Trial Solution – Clinical Trial Site and Investigator, part of Evinova, an AstraZeneca Group healthtech unit, seeks a hands-on Principal Software Engineering Lead. The leader will write and review code, guide architecture, and mentor a multi-squad team while driving AI-enabled development.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong architectural leadership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Review PRs, provide code-level feedback, and enforce standards.
• Own architectural decisions across APIs, data models, and services.
• Write production-ready code for core platform components.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-assisted development adoption.
