Evinova seeks an entrepreneurial, AI-fluent Product Director to own a core product area from the ground up. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including director-level ownership.
• Domain experience in clinical trials or life sciences.
• Entrepreneurial track record: built/shipped/scaled a product from zero to one.
• Deep hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products; AI fluency is essential.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with long sales cycles.
• Strong technical acumen; able to partner with engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native product.
• Develop deep understanding of users and workflows to drive step-function impact.
• Drive rapid hypothesis validation through prototyping and experimentation.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Architect AI-enabled features (automation, recommendations, insights) at scale.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to translate AI into practical features.
• Design intuitive, collaborative workflows across modules to enable cross-team usage.
• Guide change management to drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
• Maintain a sharp view on AI/clinical landscape to identify opportunities.
• Partner with matrixed teams to align engineering, design, data science, and commercial.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, engagement, revenue impact, cycle-time reduction.
• Own resource trade-offs and balance speed-to-market with regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA).
