Sompo is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Continental Europe Pricing Department. The role focuses on data-driven pricing, analytics, and portfolio monitoring across Corporate and Specialty lines, with collaboration across stakeholders in a hybrid Madrid or Barcelona office.

You will work with Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI to develop tools, analyze data, and support underwriting excellence. 0–3 years of experience preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 0–3 years of actuarial, analytical, or data-focused experience; insurance experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and interpret results in a business context.

Responsabilidades

• Support case pricing activities across Corporate and Specialty lines.
• Analyze exposure and claims data to derive pricing assumptions and insights.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of pricing tools and methodologies.
• Perform portfolio monitoring, including A vs E analysis and performance reporting.
• Assist in dashboard development and MI reporting; support MGA onboarding and delegated authority pricing reviews.
