Unispace in Madrid is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction strategy for Southern Europe and drive front-end excellence across high-profile workplace fit-out projects.

You will partner with design, commercial and delivery teams, manage opportunities from enquiry to award, mentor colleagues, and shape the growth of the Southern Europe function with a strong focus on client relationships and value engineering.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the preconstruction strategy across Southern Europe.

Working closely with senior leadership, design, commercial and delivery teams, you'll lead projects from the earliest stages of client engagement through to successful project mobilisation, ensuring commercially robust, technically deliverable and competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Quantity Surveyor

What matters most is your ability to lead the front end of major workplace and commercial fit-out projects while bringing strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Experience within workplace, office or commercial fit-out is essential.
