Unispace is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction strategy across Southern Europe from our Madrid base. You'll orchestrate early client engagement, collaborating with design, commercial and delivery teams to develop commercially robust, technically deliverable, and competitive solutions.

Formación

• Experience within workplace, office or commercial fit-out is essential.
• Ability to lead front end of major workplace and commercial fit-out projects with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preconstruction function across Southern Europe.
• Develop winning bid and preconstruction strategies for workplace fit-out projects.
• Manage the commercial and technical aspects of opportunities from initial enquiry through to project award.
• Work collaboratively with design, delivery and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead value engineering exercises, procurement strategies and commercial reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Support and mentor colleagues within the preconstruction function.
• Drive continuous improvement across preconstruction processes and standards.

As our Southern Europe business continues to grow, we're looking to appoint a Senior Preconstruction to lead join and grow into leading our Madrid-based function.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the preconstruction strategy across Southern Europe.

Working closely with senior leadership, design, commercial and delivery teams, you'll lead projects from the earliest stages of client engagement through to successful project mobilisation, ensuring commercially robust, technically deliverable and competitive solutions.

Experience within workplace, office or commercial fit-out is essential.
