Shine in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Invoicing & Accounting to own localized market positioning, GTM plans and lifecycle activity across Contasimple and Billage.

You will translate global strategy into Spain-friendly propositions, lead cross-functional work with Product, Growth, CRM, Sales and Support, and drive acquisition, activation, conversion, retention. Fluent Spanish and strong B2B SaaS PMM background preferred; hybrid work with two remote days per week.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Launch products end-to-end and translate insights into GTM.
• Strong market positioning and competitive analysis.
• Balance global strategy with local execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, revenue and local teams.

Responsabilidades

• Market & competitive intelligence: Size the Spanish market, monitor developments, maintain clear positioning, differentiation and pricing benchmarks.
• Customer understanding & segmentation: Build ongoing rhythm of customer insight using interviews, surveys, in-app feedback, behavioural data and Sales/Customer Support input.
• Positioning, offer & GTM: Own Spanish market positioning and local GTM strategy, adapting global positioning to local needs.
• Portfolio positioning & transition: Create a coherent narrative across products at different maturity stages, protect existing propositions.
• Product and commercial opportunities: Translate local market signals into clear recommendations for Product Managers and the Business Unit, including roadmap input.
• Product presence & lifecycle: Own how the products are presented across the Spanish website, onboarding, activation flows and in-app communication.
• Launch execution: Build and run local GTM plans for launches and major product changes, coordinating multiple teams.
• Sales & Customer Support enablement: Create messaging guides, battlecards and launch briefs to improve conversations.
• Cross-functional ownership: Work day-to-day with the Spain BU Lead and multiple teams to deliver PMM outcomes.
