Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, is hiring an Accounting & Tax Support Specialist – Spain. You’ll be the trusted advisor for customers using Shine’s tax and accounting software, drawing on your Spanish accounting and taxation experience to deliver accurate guidance.

You’ll support accounting firms and businesses with bookkeeping, tax filings, invoicing, and administrative workflows, translating complex questions into practical steps.

Formación

• Spanish accounting and tax experience is required.
• Professional English is essential.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience in asesoría, gestoría, accounting firm, tax consultancy, or similar is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional accounting and tax support for Shine customers.
• Assist accounting firms and businesses with tax filings and administrative processes.
• Guide users on accounting entries, tax workflows, and regulatory requirements within the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to improve our solutions.
• Translate complex accounting or tax questions into clear and practical guidance.
