Shine in Madrid is hiring an Accounting & Tax Support Specialist – Spain to join our Customer Support team. You will bring hands-on experience in Spanish accounting and taxation to help accountants, asesoría, and businesses maximize use of our tax and accounting software.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex tax questions into practical guidance and ensure accurate, practical support for customers across Spain. Fluency in Spanish and good English are essential.

Formación

• Professional background in Spanish accounting and taxation.
• Hands-on experience in asesoría, gestoría, or tax consultancy.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent Spanish communication, both written and spoken.
• Professional English level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support and resolve inquiries related to our accounting and tax software.
• Assist accounting firms, professional practices, and businesses with accounting, tax, and administrative processes.
• Guide customers through accounting entries, tax workflows, and regulatory requirements in the platform.
• Support customers using billing, invoicing, collections, and other accounting features.
• Translate complex accounting or tax questions into clear, practical guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Identify recurring customer challenges and communicate product improvement opportunities.
• Educate users on best practices to maximize adoption and effective use of our solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.
