Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Lab initiative, turning ambiguous opportunities into shipped pilots and clear investment decisions. You will own discovery, experimentation, and early delivery with engineering and design, focusing on high-uncertainty bets and explicit scale/iterate/pivot/kill calls based on evidence.

Formación

• Senior PM with incubation/new bets experience or similar track record.
• Strong product judgment and technical fluency; can write specs and reason about feasibility.
• Proven ability to run fast, scrappy experiments and move from ambiguity to decisions.
• Excellent written communication; able to produce decision logs and learning summaries.
• Uses AI as leverage for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis while maintaining judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog with hypotheses, upside, effort, dependencies, and status.
• Define the riskiest assumptions and design experiments with kill criteria.
• Run fast experiments (spikes, prototypes, pilots) and ship just enough to learn.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver pilots and capture signals.
• Synthesize outcomes into decisions: Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill; avoid zombie projects.
• Create lightweight decision logs and learning summaries for leadership and GTM alignment.
• Identify GTM dependencies early and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Prepare a clean handoff package when signals justify scaling.
