Zest Search is seeking a Senior / Lead / Founding Product Manager to shape an enterprise-ready agentic AI platform. This hands-on IC role operates in a forward-deployed model, collaborating with the Head of Product, engineers and enterprise clients to define the platform's evolution.

You’ll own capabilities across security, access controls, integrations and governance, driving pace and reliability for large-scale deployments across Europe or UK remote teams.

Role: Senior / Lead / Founding Product Manager – Enterprise Agentic AI Platform

Location: Europe or UK remote

We’re partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI startup building an orchestration platform for complex enterprise operations.

Founded by a successful serial entrepreneur, backed by tier-one investors and already trusted by major global organisations, the company has doubled in size over the past six months. It’s now turning proven customer deployments into a scalable enterprise platform.

You’ll join an experienced early team with real traction, strong backing and the opportunity to shape the product at a pivotal stage of growth.

The role

You’ll own enterprise readiness across:

• Roles, permissions and access controls
• Security, privacy and deployment
• Enterprise integrations and data constraints
• Agent orchestration and workflow configuration
• Platform reliability, governance and observability

This is a hands-on IC role operating within a forward-deployed model. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product, FDEs, design engineers and enterprise customers, with significant ownership over what gets built and how the platform evolves.

What you must have

• Product experience building complex B2B software for large enterprise customers
• Experience shipping at pace within a startup or scale-up
• End-to-end ownership of a platform, automation or workflow product
• Direct experience with agentic AI or orchestration platforms
• Experience operating at Senior, Lead, Staff or Principal PM level
