Job summary

Fever, Madrid-based leader in culture tech, seeks a senior Product Manager to premium-manage Fever group platform integration. You will define shared services, productize them for group-wide use, and lead cross-functional work with engineering and business teams to scale Fever’s offerings globally.

You will drive acquisition integrations end-to-end, aligning APIs, data models, and migration plans while maintaining a clear line to leadership on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years in product management (ideally platform or technical products).
• Professional English required.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the Fever group platform (shared services).
• Own the integration playbook for acquired companies to run on Fever's services.
• Assess each acquisition feature, produce keep/kill/merge plans, and shape API/data model migrations.
• Run partner and customer migrations end to end with BD, account management, operations and support.
• Bridge between acquired teams and Fever’s product/engineering org in 6–12 months, reporting progress to leadership.
