Cello is building an AI-powered revenue-growth platform. You will own scalable AWS infrastructure, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and influence architectural directions.

You will work on multi-tenant systems handling large user bases and high availability, leveraging modern tooling and data pipelines. As part of a remote-first team, you’ll collaborate with developers across environments, adopting AI improvements to accelerate shipping while maintaining reliability and security.

Formación

• Experience building systems at real scale with high traffic and availability.
• Strong AWS expertise across compute, storage and networking.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Production PostgreSQL administration and maintenance.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Setup and maintain AWS infrastructure with reliability, security, and cost control.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling ship-from-commit to production with zero manual steps.
• Help decide when to ship fast to learn and when to solidify the foundation.
• Influence architecture and product direction beyond coding tickets.
• Adopt latest AI improvements to accelerate building and shipping.
