Benjamin is a fast-growing fintech startup in the rewards space. We’re seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own and operate agentic systems in production, helping scale real-money rewards for users.

Join a team building agent runtimes, orchestration, and tool integration, with a focus on reliability, safety, and measurable impact across the platform stack.

Europe, Finland or Spain preferred, with strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of delivering production-grade platforms.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building and operating agentic systems in production.
• Ownership of substantial parts of an agent runtime or orchestration platform.
• Experience with multi-step tools and external systems.
• Experience debugging production traces and tool calls.
• Strong judgment on model reasoning vs deterministic logic.

Responsabilidades

• Architect agent runtime and orchestration components for scale.
• Design multi-step planning, tool invocation and result verification.
• Ensure durability of agent state, memory and recovery.
• Implement proper guardrails, approvals and failure handling.
• Analyze trajectories and improve agent performance and safety.
