Refinery89 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with an agentic mindset to build scalable backend services and orchestrate agentic workflows. You will own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, and work on a production AdTech platform with direct business impact.

This fully remote role requires strong architectural thinking, proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Python, and a commitment to high code quality, testing, and security in a multicultural European team.

Formación

• 5+ years in backend or full-stack development.
• Experience with agentic AI systems or automating complex AI workflows.
• Strong design and architectural reasoning for scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Own features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Build agentic workflows where AI models take actions with minimal human input.
• Contribute to architecture decisions with strong analytical thinking.
• Ensure code quality with SDD, TDD, and BDD methodologies.
• Collaborate on code reviews, planning, and debt reduction.
