Asesores Hemel is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee Google and Meta campaigns for multiple property developments across the EU. Manage large monthly ad spends, optimize CPL/CAC, and drive pre-sale and launch campaigns with cross-functional teams including sales and creative.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing in real estate or high-ticket B2C, with experience managing budgets exceeding €100k per month across multiple EU markets and languages.

Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of our partner company — a fast-growing Property Developer across the EU — for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and scale €100k–€200k+/month Google & Meta ad accounts driving pre-sale and launch campaigns across multiple property developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate Google & Meta ad accounts hands‑on daily including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization across multiple EU markets and property launches.
• Scale spend profitably while maintaining CPL and CAC targets across long, multi‑touch buyer journeys, defending spend decisions with clear data.
• Manage budget allocation across property launch cycles — balancing awareness campaigns for new developments with high‑intent search and retargeting for active sale periods.
• Partner with the creative lead to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs (property showcases, virtual tours, lifestyle content) and implement rigorous testing frameworks.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead quality and improve lead-to-viewing and lead-to-reservation conversion rates.
• Report metrics crisply to leadership including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Google/Meta performance marketing experience for real estate, PropTech, or high‑consideration/high‑ticket B2C categories.
• Personal management of Google & Meta budgets exceeding €100k+/month.
• Fluency in CPL, CAC, and campaign architecture analysis for long sales‑cycle, high‑value transactions.
• Experience optimizing ad accounts across multiple EU markets and languages.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing property developments, luxury real estate, or high-ticket lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools used in real estate sales pipelines
• Fluency in more than one EU language
