Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment Limited is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to recruit a Junior Performance Marketer for the Growth team. The role is remote (Europe CET+3 max) with a B2B contractor engagement and in-market exposure to mainstream consumer channels.

You will launch, test and optimise paid campaigns, focusing on CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics, and progress towards handling larger budgets while collaborating with the CMO & Co-founder.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with scalable consumer acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Ability to explain personal campaign contributions and results.
• Strong testing mindset across audiences, creatives and campaigns.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis.
• Comfortable working on an NSFW AI companionship product.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and strategies to improve results.
• Monitor results and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Translate performance data into concrete actions.
• Own campaigns and communicate contributions and results.
• Progress towards independently managing larger budgets.
