China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A invites a Senior Performance Engineer to join our renewable energy team in Spain. You will manage data sources for plant operations, collaborate on advanced analyses, and help drive KPI improvements to boost generation.

You will also support data-driven root cause analysis and cross‑department reporting to ensure reliable plant performance. We seek a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and at least 8 years in energy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics.
• At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role.
• Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics
• At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role.
• Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal.

It would be very valuable if you had:

• Knowledge and experience in Programming in Python, R; Databases modelling using SQL; and, Power BI Dashboards Management.
• Experience in Data Analysis for Renewable Energy.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail; Problem-solving; and, Adaptability.
