The company develops, constructs, and operates energy projects globally, driving the green transition while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

We are looking for a Project Development Manager to join a growing team based in Barcelona. In this role you will be identifying and developing new greenfield and ready‑to‑build opportunities, with a particular focus on BESS projects across Spain.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a pipeline of BESS projects in Spain.
• Source and assess project sites using GIS, in‑house tools, and professional networks. when invalid? Actually want hyphen. Use –.
• Evaluate grid capacity, permitting, and commercial feasibility.
• Negotiate land rights, leases, and access agreements.
• Engage with landowners, municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project development.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, Architecture, or related.
• 5+ years in renewable energy project development in Spain, including 2–3 years in BESS (essential)
• Proven experience in site origination, land negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Spanish grid regulations, permitting processes-star? & regional land‑use planning.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving license
