Lodgify is seeking a Senior People Business Partner in Barcelona to shape the people infrastructure for rapid growth. You will partner with Commercial leadership to align people strategies with business priorities, and empower managers through a proactive, data-driven performance framework.

You will build the Manager Academy and streamline systems to focus on high-value HR outcomes, enabling an autonomous, strategic HR function across an international team.
